With any GS25 sale bill, customer can register free membership card.

MEMBER'S ENTITLEMENTS

1. During grand opening time of any GS25 store, newly registered membership cards will have extra 1,000 points in the account (the rewarding program lasts 30 days after grand opening day).

2. Customers need to show their membership cards to the cashier while making payment. For every 1,000 VND will be accumulated 1 point. Each 1,000 points will be redeemed 15,000 VND (1.5% Accumulation).

3. GS25 will running a lot of promotion program in all stores system during year time. Customer with membership card will be provided with more particular promotion than common ones. The promotion program will be announced on GS25 Vietnam’s social channel or in stores directly.

GS25 VN MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligible Participants

The GS25 VN Membership Program is applicable to individuals aged 15 and above, whether Vietnamese citizens or foreigners. The program is not intended for any commercial purposes.

Membership Registration Guidelines

Customers can register for the program via the GS25 VN Mobile App (hereinafter referred to as the “GS25 VN App”).

After providing complete personal information (full name, date of birth, and phone number), the system will send an OTP to the registered phone number. Upon entering the OTP, the customer will be issued one (01) member account with a corresponding GS25 VN membership ID.

Each customer may only possess one unique membership ID.

Members can start earning reward points immediately after successful registration.

Point Accumulation, Membership Tiering & Benefits

How to Accumulate Points:

• Customers earn 01 point for every 1,000 VND spent at GS25 Vietnam stores, including GS25 convenience stores and CAFE25.
• Points are calculated based on the final payment amount on the receipt, after applying any direct promotional discounts (if any).
• Points are credited to the account within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Point Redemption Value:

• Points can be redeemed based on the conversion rate of:
  1,000 points = 15,000 VND

How to Redeem Points:

Customers may redeem accumulated points via the following methods:

• Directly at GS25 convenience stores and CAFE25.
• Through the GS25 VN App, to exchange for products, vouchers, or gifts.

Membership Tiers:

• Standard: Upon registration
• Gold: Total accumulated points ≥ 3,999
• Platinum: Total accumulated points ≥ 7,999

Benefits associated with each tier are applied based on current GS25 VN policies issued from time to time.

How to Use Points:

• Use points to pay at GS25 convenience stores and CAFE25 (minimum 1,000 points).
• Redeem points for vouchers, gifts, or products through the GS25 VN App.
• Points are not exchangeable for cash.

Point Accumulation Regulations

• Points are not applicable to purchases of beer above 15% ABV, alcohol, tobacco, or products prohibited from promotion under Vietnamese law.
• Points are not accumulated when purchasing shopping cards issued by GS25 Vietnam. However, points will be applied when using the shopping card to purchase goods/services at GS25 and CAFE25 stores.
• Points are not applicable for purchases made using GS25-issued vouchers for partners.
• Points are not applicable on receipts that receive commercial discounts under purchase agreements or GS25 Vietnam’s promotional discount policies.
• Unused points from the previous year will automatically roll over to the next year, but are only valid until March 31st of the following year.
• If a customer uses points redeemed from the GS25 VN Membership Program to make payment, the amount paid by points will not be eligible for further accumulation.
• GS25 Vietnam employees and franchisee employees are not allowed to accumulate points using personal accounts on behalf of customers.
• Customers must provide their membership ID or registered phone number at the time of transaction to accumulate points and enjoy member benefits.

GS25 Vietnam's Rights

• GS25 Vietnam reserves the right to deny, revoke, or cancel membership if fraudulent activity, policy abuse, point trading, or other exploitation is detected.
• GS25 Vietnam has the right to change the program's content and terms at any time without prior customer approval, as long as it complies with legal procedures.
• In case of program termination, GS25 Vietnam will notify members at least 3 (three) days in advance.

Use of Information

GS25 Vietnam is authorized to use customer-provided information for direct communication, statistical analysis, and membership program management. All data will be secured in accordance with GS25 Vietnam’s Privacy Policy.
